DTG Garment Printing

571 apparel uses a Direct to Garment printing system to print almost of our apparel. A DTG printer is a digital garment printer than prints directly onto apparel. The greatest asset of the DTG printing process is that it allows us to "green" the printing process. DTG printers use non-toxic environmentally friendly ink instead of highly toxic plastisol ink commonly used with most screen printers. Printing digitally also eliminates the use of large amount of water common in the conventional screen printing process.

A DTG printer also enables us to print very detailed graphics very quickly and efficiently. Those cost savings can then be passed along to our customers.

Custom Embroidery

Corporate571 also offers a custom embroidery service for business promotional apparel. Have your company logo embroidered on fleece, sweatshirt, dress shirt or t-shirt for a that professional uniform look.

Screen Printing

Although Corporate571 uses a DTG digital apparel printing whenever possible, we also offer a full service screen printing process for large runs or customers who desire a more "rugged" screen printed feel. Even when screen printing, Corporate571 uses only water based environmentally friendly inks at all times.
